Ale Melamed

Has a background of 25+ years in senior executive and consulting positions in leading multinational companies. He served as Vice President of Human Resources - South Latin America for The Coca-Cola Company. Previously he was HR & Change Management Manager for Molinos and Senior Consultant for Arthur Andersen.
 
He has delivered hundreds of conferences in more than 15 countries in the most varied organizations and has served as confidential advisor and executive coach to many of the region's top leaders.
 
Author of books 8 books, such as “El futuro del trabajo ya llegó y el trabajo del futuro también” (2022), “Tiempos para valientes” (2020), “Diseña tu cambio” (2019), "El futuro del trabajo y el trabajo de futuro "(2017) y "Empresas (+) humanas" (2010) among others, and he often writes articles and papers for the main media.
 
He is a CPA and holds a Doctorate in Economic Sciences (University of Buenos Aires). He participated in specialization programs in Singularity University, Michigan University, Hebrew University of Jerusalem and MIT Lab, and the Silicon Valley Innovation Center, among others. He is certified as a Professional Speaker by the Global Speakers Federation / Latam Speakers Association. He is a professor for the University of Buenos Aires, San Andrés and Salamanca (Spain). He is the Director of the Advanced Leadership Program at University of San Andrés.
